Daily/weekly Energy Check-In Exercise for Generators and MGs

This week I’ve been going heavy on the inner work with an identity upgrade, journaling, reflecting, subliminals, re-evaluating energy outlets…the whole works.

I created a short daily/weekly journal exercise for checking in with my energy outlets and how I am feeling.

As Sacral Beings, we can get heavy into the doing without fully recognizing when our energy has shifted or getting perspective on how we are feeling as we do and create.

This has been helping me a lot, so I wanted to share it with you!

ENERGY CHECK-IN EXERCISE:

  1. How do I feel at the end of the day?

    • Do I fall asleep quickly, with that “good-tired” feeling?

    • Do I feel satisfied with what have I done?

    • Do I feel that my energy has been depleted in a healthy way?

    • Do I feel physically anxious or stay up late, seeking satisfaction?

  2. What am I feeling energized or excited about in my life right now?

    • (This does not have to be something big, it can be small!)

  3. What am I feeling drawn to/keeps popping up in my reality?

  4. What am I feeling excited by/drawn to that I am not making space for in my life?

  5. How could I create space for this in my life?

  6. What is making me feel drained or frustrated?

  7. How could I minimize the time and energy I spend on draining and frustrating things?

It’s simple, but effective.

As I was writing this down, I realized that I am feeling excited by a hardcover guided journal with this in it, plus some extra space for reflection and processing.

Hmm…should I make this journal reality? Let me know in the comments!

Love,

Rachel
